Politz Day School - Anonymous: 8th Grade Covid Reflection

During COVID I have had a lot of struggles and so has everyone else. One of the hardest things was going on Zoom. It was a huge change from being in school but it was super difficult because it was hard for me to learn at all. Another thing that was challenging was having to just look at a screen all day and not being able to do projects or anything. Not being to be with friends was really tough for me.
Even though COVID has been very difficult for everyone it still had some good sides. During summer I was able to spend time with my family more since we were not able to go out. Throughout COVID we have been able to get food boxes which is really nice. My feelings on COVID are not good but I still persevere. Even though it has been very difficult we have learned not to take everything we have for granted.
